Why we built AsomeCMS

Most marketing sites are too small for WordPress and too dynamic for a flat-file CMS. We kept reaching for "the right tool" and not finding it — so we built one.

AsomeCMS is opinionated about three things: install it from a browser, ship without a JavaScript build pipeline, and give editors real blocks instead of a giant text field. Everything else is the boring Symfony stack we already trust.

It's not for everyone. If you're running a SaaS or an e-commerce site, you'll outgrow it fast. But if you're a freelancer or agency building marketing sites for small businesses, this is the CMS we wish existed when we started.
